Lantau Islands

To get to Lantau Island, you need to take a cable car from Hong Kong Islands, you can also take the bus if you want!

Amazing view from the cable car! :D

Lantau is known for their egg waffles! This moist, sweet delicacy will surely make me come back for more! :D

Squid balls in curry sauce! :D

Since we kept on buying, the vendor gave us moon cake! :)

I miss their egg waffles :( :)

Prêt A Manger

It's not a restaurant. It's like one of those tiny adorable shops you pass by in the MTR of Hongkong.  As simple as this place might look, the products here are actually quite expensive but totally worth it. :)

Yap we brought a lot! Healthy living ^^,

I love their juices! It's like Jamba Juice in a bottle! Their drinks comes with boosters like antioxidant and stuff. :)

Dinner time! :)

I hope someone will being this in The Philippines! I enjoyed everything! :)

McDonald's in Hong Kong!

Time to explore McDonalds outside The Philippines! It's really fun to see the different versions of Mcdonalds outside your home country! These are some of the dishes McDonalds offer in Hong Kong!

Honey Lemon Ice Tea. When they said tea, they really meant it! :)) This drink is very refreshing! I get to enjoy this drink throughout my HK stay. I order them everyday!!! :))

How I wish I get to taste these desserts but apparently they offer these ice cream on some part of HK only :( I never got the chance to taste them:( This will be on my number 1 list if I return to HK! :D

I don't know what they call this, i guess i'll be classifying this as a burrito since it has pita, rice, veggies and beef (they also offer chicken).

They use to serve this in The Philippines! I hope they'll put this back on the menu:(

This is one of their rice meals! :)

I know!!! They have broccoli! How awesome is that! :D

I guess this was the biggest surprise for me! Salad in McDonalds, who would have thought! :))

Curry for your shake shake fries! Amazing!

This is actually delicious! It's a whole meal already! :)

One thing I've notice in McDonalds in HK is that, they don't have any spaghetti on their menu! I didn't get to take a picture of their hot soy milk, but it was also one of my favorites during my Mcdonalds adventure in HK :))

Chicken Charlie

I've been hearing this fast food chain around global city! I actually learned it from my officemate. :) Their food reminded me of bonchon! :)

This is the type of place you would go to if you're having your lunch break from work. :)

Random - Starbucks

Did you have this moment with your partner where you try to be really sweet then his or her reply will leave you disappointed afterwards?:)) Well, not really. :)

This is me trying to be a sweet girlfriend :)

He gets my cup, then starts to scribble.

This is what he wrote on my cup :|

I got disappointed of course then surprises me after :))

Surprise surprise! :D

Fely J's

This is one of the filipino restaurant that our family always goes to. Their dishes never fail to satisfy our tummies. This fine dining filipino restaurant offers quality and elegance in every dish that they serve. This restaurant have some twist to their dishes where they adapt some foreign taste.

Pako salad is my favorite salad, more than Caesar salad and Roka Salata! I'm not sure if people my generation is familiar with this, but pretty I'm sure their parents are!

The classic tortang talong! Since I have a 10 year brother that's not adventurous with food like her older sisters, this dish is perfect for kids! :)

You'll find this dish interesting. This is actually their Legua dish. We are usually familiar with lengua in mushroom sauce, this however has it's own twist! This dish is was cooked in coconut milk with several spices. If you guys are familiar with beef rendang, that's exactly what it taste like! :D Pure genius! :)

Deep fried catfish with "Buro" as its sauce. Buro is like a shimp paste but instead of shrimp it's rice. This sauce smells funky! :)) It took sometime before I get to love this sauce! :D

Sautéed vegetables! It's Abe's special! It comes with squash, camote leaves, chayotes shrimps and eggplant! :)

Fely J's is known for their Anchovy rice! Make sure not to leave this restaurant without ordering this!

Throughout the years Fly J's has shown its costumers outstanding consistency when it comes to quality! This place is perfect for meetings and dates.

Wee Nam Kee

This casual Hainanese chicken place can be anyone's comfort place. Nothing fancy, but they serve good soy and white chicken in this restaurant.

This refreshing drink is like a sizzle in your mouth, Cucumber Lime Fizz :)

This drink is very interesting and actually quite heavy, this made me feel fuller! But I love this barley experience more than the cucumber lime fizz.

Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetable, especially if you cook it with mince pork in oyster sauce!

This is your classic Mantao. It's a deep fried pao. :)

 Garlic spinach! Yum!

And for your dessert, Mango Sago Pudding! It has custard at the bottom with a gelatin finish on top :)

If you are a "soy chicken" person like me, and you're looking for a restaurant that's very casual, Wee Nam Kee is the place to be :)

Omasake

Japanese food, is one of my comfort foods:) I love eating japanese and it really makes me smile after each meal, let me share to you one of my favorite japanese restaurant that's not hard to find.

Omasake is a popular japanese restaurant. They have several branches around the metro.

Yummy seaweed salad! crunchyyyy!

Sashimi anyone?:D It's not very often you eat in a restaurant who puts Uni in their sashimi plate, usually you order it separately! Great job Omasake ^^,

I can say that this is one of Omaske's Original! :) Tofu wrapped on beef bacon.

Sashimi! :D sorry I forgot what this is on the menu :(

Tempura Udon! :D This alone is a heavy lunch already! looooving the big noodles! :)

Who says that shrimp tempura is the best tempura around? :| hihihi! surprisingly this asohos tempura is more expensive that your regular shrimp tempura! I wonder whyyy:)

If your looking for a classic but a bit modernized japanese restaurant, you should give this restaurant a try :)

Modern Shanghai

A modernized Chinese restaurant that's part of the Bistro group is starting to spread in the metro :)

They have dishes that's new to me so I guess I'm not a good judge with the food that they're serving. Here are some of the food that our family ate when we dine in this restaurant.

This is like desert for me. The custard of the buchi inside a flat pao.

This is like glutinous rice cake that taste a lot like your regular chinese noodles. I still like the noodles though:|

Xiao Long Bao :) I guess if they served it a bit more moist, I would have enjoyed it :)

The flat white one is tofu. It's like beancurd, only harder and a lot flatter.

I guess this in my only favorite here :) seaweed!

Yes they are carrots and some mushrooms inside. I don't know why also.

The presentation of the food, ambiance and all is amazing, but the food, I guess there's still room for improvement. But that's just me, I might be wrong :)
